By using this website, you signify your consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website. This Terms of Use, along with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, governs your access to and use of www.sacredspaceorganizing.com including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the “Website”, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Lifetime Acces to Online Course

The Company will periodically make updates to the core program, and you will have access to updated materials for as long as the Company continues to offer the course to its customers, which is what is referred to as “Lifetime Access” in our marketing materials.

Investment / Fees

In consideration of Your access to the Course, you agree to pay the following fees. You may choose between a single payment of $444 (due immediately) or 5 monthly payments of $111. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following three payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of $555. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Course’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Course and group community.

REFUND POLICY

We're confident in our curriculum as we've seen it work firsthand time and time again. Our intention is that your life will be forever transformed through taking this world-class training. But like anything in life, you have to do the work to see the benefits. In order to receive a refund on your investment, you’re required to submit the full coursework for the two modules within the first 30 days of your course start date. If you’re not totally satisfied with the curriculum, show us you put in the work and we’ll promptly refund your payment, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact us at erin**AT Sign**sacredspaceorganizing.com and let us know you’d like a refund within 30 days after your purchase, by 11:59pm CST (“Refund Period”).

You must include your coursework with your request for a refund, as outlined below. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the end of the Refund Period, you will not be granted a refund.

You must submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund:

  • Requirement 1: Complete and attach “why do you want to awaken your relationship with money”

  • Requirement 2: Complete and attach your core values

  • Requirement 3: complete and attach how your life would be different if you achieved financial freedom

  • Requirement 4: Complete and attach your Password Log for all online accounts (retract your actual password)

  • Requirement 5: Complete and attach your Investment Account Tracker (retract your account numbers)

  • Requirement 6: Complete and attach your Debt Tracker

  • Requirement 7: Complete and attach your Insurance Tracker

  • Requirement 8: Complete and attach your Bill Tracker

  • Requirement 9: Complete and attach your Categorized Expenses

  • Requirement 10: Complete and attach your Net Worth, Expected Net Worth, and Real Hourly Wage

  • Requirement 11: Complete and attach your biggest money mis-steps

  • Requirement 12: Complete and attach your Mindful Money Management Plan

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 30 days after the date of purchase. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the Refund Period, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund.

Course Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and the educational value they provide.

However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials.

You should not rely on any revenue, sales, or earnings information we present as any kind of promise, guarantee, or expectation of any level of success or earnings. Your results will be determined by a number of factors over which we have no control, such as your financial condition, experiences, skills, level of effort, education, and changes within the market. Your use of any information contained on this website is as at your own risk. Subject to our Refund Policy, we provide content without any express or implied warranties or results.

By continuing to use our site and access our content, you agree that we are not responsible for any decision you may make regarding any information presented or as a result of purchasing any of our products or services.

While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Site, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

Security

The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to our data and files. However, no system whether or not password protected can be entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge that it may be possible for an unauthorized third party to access, view, copy, modify, or distribute the data and files you store using the Site. Use of the Site is completely at your own risk.

TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Program and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, if You become disruptive to the Company or other Program participants, if You fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if You otherwise violate this Agreement. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees and shall not be excused from any remaining payments under a payment plan in the event of termination.

In the event you decide to cancel your participation in the Program, You will not be issued a refund for any remaining days or months of the Program after your cancellation, and any remaining installment, default, or late payments will be due immediately.

In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Program or its content. The restrictions imposed on you in this Agreement with respect to the Program and its content will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or the Company.

Liability Waiver and Limitation of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of this site or service.

Additionally, Be Aligned Web Design is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.

The foregoing applies even if Sacred Space Organizing has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law.

In no event shall Be Aligned Web Design cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the service you have purchased from Be Aligned Web Design, and if no purchase has been made by you Be Aligned Web Design cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and defense expenses, including without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Contract Terms, or by any third party using the website we developed.

You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary.

You shall not settle any third-party claim or waive any defense, for which you are obligated to indemnify and hold us harmless, without our prior written consent.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Missouri. Any action or lawsuit to enforce or interpret this contract must be brought in the State of Missouri, County of St. Louis.

Merger

This agreement constitutes the sole agreement between you and us. Any prior agreements, promises, negotiations, or representations between you and us are merged into this agreement. Any subsequent changes to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Updated Terms

These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
