Clutter and Depression

The average American home has 300,000 items and $16,000 in credit card debt. The average person spends 55 minutes every day looking for stuff. Only 25% of garages have enough room to store both their vehicles. There is a strong link between disorganization and depression and a direct correlation to how much clutter is in a home and how much stress a mother feels. 

A cluttered environment can negatively effect our life experience by manifesting as anxiety, stress, shame, or embarrassment. But there is another way, sweet friend, and I am here to guide you on that path.

Clear the Clutter, Transform Your Life

Clearing clutter is the stepping stone to letting go of unnecessary attachments and living in peace. We can literally transform our lives simply by clearing it. 

Once we start clearing clutter an internal transformation takes place. By eliminating the unnecessary we start to focus on what matters, fostering a life lived with intention.

Letting Go Is Better Than Adding

The best way to find out what we really need is to get rid of what we don't. When we are surrounded by the things we love we realize we have everything we need. We become content with who we are and what we have.

Letting go of possessions is just the beginning; discarding things that no longer serve us is a skill we can apply to other areas of our life:

  1. letting go of negativity / things out of our control
  2. gaining confidence in our decision making capability
  3. finding our worldly desires decrease
  4. being content with who we are and what we have
  5. eliminating toxic relationships
  6. living life on purpose

A sacred space is a reminder to live an intentional life.
